Features:

·      The Assist Device (mounted overhead on ergonomic rail) can consist of either:

•       Four Bar Parallelogram Articulating Arm with an End Effector (model shown at right)

•       Torque Tube Type Ergonomic Assist with an End Effector (model shown below)

·      End Effector custom designed to suit application

·      Disc brakes on the Articulating Arm pivots

·      Ergonomically designed handles in which the angle and vertical height will be adjustable

·      Heavy Duty anti-friction pivot bearings

    Optional Features Available:

              ·         Floor mounted pedestal types

              ·         Pneumatic clamps or simple hook type end effectors

              ·         Tilt or rotate options

              ·         Mutilation Control: Non-marring pads will prevent damage to the vehicle

              ·         End Effector slide mount to reduce number of pivot points

              ·         Air logic or PLC controls

              ·         Air or Electric motor friction wheel

              ·         Twist grip control (US / Canada Patent Pending) to handle multiple part weights    cccccccccccsimply and cost effectively
