Fill System Carrier

·         For the following Fill applications:

      (NOTE: We utilize the existing Fill Units)

§         Brake Fluid Fill

§         Radiator Fill

§         Washer Bottle Fill

§         Power Steering Fluid Fill

§         AC Evac

·         The Carrier has an air cylinder actuated articulating arm to present the Fill Nozzles to the operator

·         A set of overhead dual patented rails supplied with each unit

·         A programmable logic controller, housed in a floor mounted free standing enclosure

·        Cat track and a support tray provided for the Unit to handle the air supply hose and the control wiring to the moving Unit

·         AC motor/VFD or dog-up arrangement to track line

·         Compliant mechanism to accommodate any slight mismatch between the carrier and the line speed

·         The Units automatically remove the nozzles and return home

·         Tandem systems available
